The Solar and Battery Storage Supervisor will be responsible for collaborating with the Installation Manager and team to install, troubleshoot, and maintain all electrical, solar, and battery storage projects. The successful candidate will have:

• Extensive experience gained from directly working in the solar energy and battery storage industry (essential).
• Completion of NABCEP or other recognized professional solar PV certifications (preferred) - including training in Enphase Ensemble battery systems
• Up to date knowledge of NEC 2020 rules and relevant electrical laws.
• Ability to individually lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Demonstrable accurate record-keeping and effective organizational skills.
• You will value honesty, hard work, diligence and have a willingness to learn and share your knowledge with your team members

• This role will require you to temporarily relocate to Bermuda. Travel to/from the island will be provided
