Job description

​As a Project Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from the early planning stages through to permitting approval. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful development of wind and PV projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Development – Lead and manage the planning process for large-scale wind and PV projects.

  • Permitting & Approvals – Handle the entire approval process, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement – Work with landowners, local authorities, environmental agencies, and other stakeholders to secure project approvals.

  • Environmental & Technical Assessments – Coordinate environmental impact assessments, grid connection studies, and technical feasibility analyses.

  • Contract Negotiation – Support negotiations for land leases, grid connections, and agreements with authorities.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, finance, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Market & Policy Monitoring – Stay up to date on regulatory changes, industry trends, and market developments.

The roles:
  • Senior Developers: Experienced professionals with a strong track record in project planning, permitting, and stakeholder management for wind/PV projects in Germany. In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and approval processes is essential.

  • Junior Developers: Enthusiastic individuals with a background in renewable energy, planning, environmental studies, or related fields. Some experience in permitting or project development is beneficial but not required.
