​Responsibilities：

• Manage the Site Resource Hub, develope short to long range goals work plans, objectives with measurable performance standards and tracks effectiveness

• Lead the Site Resource Hub to effectively address the onshore wind project execution demand among APAC region.

• Develops and manages assigned program budget, policies and procedures

• Monitor and maintains time sheet management systems to provide for proper evaluation and documentation of Site Resource Hub.

• Evaluate and provide technical training to project contractors; set KPI and review performance data; analyze deficiencies or difficulties, provide alternative plan to Construction Head.

• Conducts annual needs assessment reviews, including analysis of quantitative and qualitative information to support planning and resolution of issues.

• Manage regional field demands and collect lesson learned or improvement from project site

• Deliver project according to business commitments

Qualifications：

• 10+ years Construction Management Experience，able to execute multiple projects synchronously，able to manage a team with 50+ internal employee & external contractors.

• used to work as Project Manager or Construction Manager or Site Manager for Wind Turbine OEM side is preferred.

• Good English skills.

• Willing to work in Thailand, can be located in Thailand now or accepted relocation in Thailand.
