About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Site Manager to oversee a major Solar PV construction project in Offaly, Ireland. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of a high-profile renewable energy initiative, contributing significantly to sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Coordination: Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring the project is executed according to plan. This includes scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.
Timeline Adherence: Ensure the project remains on schedule, meeting all critical deadlines and milestones.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures to stay within budget, making cost-effective decisions without compromising quality.
Team Leadership:
Supervision: Lead a team of professionals, including subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.

Qualifications and Experience:
Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, specifically within the Solar PV construction sector.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Solar PV construction processes, technologies, and best practices.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, driving performance and achieving project goals.
Health & Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, with a proven track record of maintaining safe work environments.
