​Tasks

• Supervision and Implementation of Photovoltaic and BESS Construction Projects. Oversee photovoltaic and BESS projects from site setup to completion in collaboration with project management.

• Coordination and Supervision of the Assembly Team. Direct and monitor the assembly team and on-site subcontractors.

• Preparation of Status Reports. Generate daily and weekly status reports, update schedules, and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Liaison with Project Stakeholders. Communicate and coordinate with all project stakeholders, including HSEQ representatives, local authorities, and grid operators (TSO/DSO) during construction meetings.

• Risk Management. Analyze, control, and mitigate project risks.

• Project Documentation. Maintain on-site project documentation.

• Ensuring HSEQ Compliance. Ensure adherence to HSEQ standards and requirements.

• Support for the Project Manager. Assist with change orders, schedule adjustments, and achieving construction milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Electrician or similar

• Fluency in English and at least conversational proficiency in German, with a willingness to improve.

• At least three years of experience in a comparable position in the solar industry, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility, task complexity, and management performance.

• Expertise in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality), and environmental aspects.

• EU Driver’s License
