TGRC is excited to be partnering with a leading renewable power generation and storage firm to appoint a Site Manager. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of two utility scale wind farms in Mason City, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate operational activities and monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide oversight of daily operations, including third party contractor activities.

• Ensure that projects are adhering to budget.

• Execute comprehensive maintenance programs on equipment.

• Manage warranty tracking and insurance claims with vendors.

• Support annual operating budget development.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience leading renewable energy operations on utility-scale projects.

• Experience with contractor management, maintenance planning, parts procurement, monitoring systems and technical troubleshooting for wind operations.

• In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards as they apply to the renewable energy industry.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to travel domestically within the U.S. and Canada to project facilities and company offices.
