We are partnering with a leading renewable energy company to recruit a Site Manager for a large-scale 83 MW solar PV project in the Free State. This is an exciting opportunity for a certified professional to lead site operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the solar farm, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Manage site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to optimize performance and productivity.

• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and operational activities in line with project specifications.

• Monitor performance metrics, report on operational KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards, including GCC factories certification requirements.

Requirements:

• GCC Factories certification (mandatory).

• Proven experience managing utility-scale solar PV operations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to work on-site in the Free State.
