Our Clients

Our Client is a global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (“TIC”) services. They are looking for the experienced professionals to lead the team to achieve power HSE service P&L target.


The Responsibilities of the Role

  • Elaborate yearly sales growth plan in agreement with superior.

  • Define and develop effective sales channels and opportunities to achieve the sales targets.

  • Analyze monthly results and initiate corrective actions and quarterly planning review.

  • Self-Managing and monitoring of sales expenses.

  • Responsible for retaining, growing and gaining business on customer level, establishing quotations for customers, contract preparation and renewal of customer contracts 6 months in advance before expiration, et c.

  • Responsible for the coordination and processing of all customer complaints.

  • Develop marketing and sales tools and organize marketing seminars, responsible for the organization and realization/execution of workshops.

  • Aligns the bidding process, ensures quality of tenders and alignment with strategy.

  • Create and maintain relationships to accounts by regular visits

  • Ensure implementation of program rollouts, develop and keep relationship with related national or international authority, association, organization etc.

  • Elaborate monthly reports (incl. market / competitors / customers / key events) , incidental key issues and reports on field trips.

  • Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.



  • College degree or equivalent level with commercial or technical major.

  • 3-5 years sales or business development experience.

  • Excellent communication skills and business awareness

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Basic PC skills

  • Good health is required

  • This position needs to travel all over the country and all city candidate. can be accepted.
