Senior Sales Manager

Job description

​An international energy technology company is expanding its commercial presence in Europe and is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to drive direct revenue growth in the Netherlands. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role focused on winning and closing complex B2B projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and close

  • Develop new enterprise and mid-market customers while expanding existing accounts

  • Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations for infrastructure-level solutions

  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline with clear forecasting and conversion discipline

  • Work cross-functionally to move projects from order to execution

  • Deliver against defined revenue targets with accountability for outcomes

Requirements
  • 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience in EV charging, energy infrastructure, storage, industrial equipment, or related sectors

  • Proven and verifiable B2B sales track record in the Netherlands.

  • Confident, direct, and commercially aggressive sales style

  • Comfortable selling complex technical solutions to commercial and engineering stakeholders

  • Strong ownership of numbers, pipeline, and forecast

  • Willingness to travel within Europe
