Senior Sales Manager
Job description
An international energy technology company is expanding its commercial presence in Europe and is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to drive direct revenue growth in the Netherlands. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role focused on winning and closing complex B2B projects.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and close
Develop new enterprise and mid-market customers while expanding existing accounts
Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations for infrastructure-level solutions
Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline with clear forecasting and conversion discipline
Work cross-functionally to move projects from order to execution
Deliver against defined revenue targets with accountability for outcomes
Requirements
7–10+ years of B2B sales experience in EV charging, energy infrastructure, storage, industrial equipment, or related sectors
Proven and verifiable B2B sales track record in the Netherlands.
Confident, direct, and commercially aggressive sales style
Comfortable selling complex technical solutions to commercial and engineering stakeholders
Strong ownership of numbers, pipeline, and forecast
Willingness to travel within Europe
