Job Title: Senior QSHE Manager

Location: Beijing, China (with regular travel to the Ivory Coast)

Salary: Competitive, with excellent benefits

We are an established recruitment agency representing a leading Chinese Renewable Energy EPC. Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Senior Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QSHE) Manager to be based in Beijing, China, with regular travel to the Ivory Coast.

Role Overview:

The Senior QSHE Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest levels of quality, safety, health, and environmental standards are adhered to across our client's renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing QSHE activities across various sites, developing strategies, and driving continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all QSHE aspects across different project sites.

  • Develop and implement QSHE strategies and action plans that ensure corporate compliance.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to QSHE standards.

  • Provide training and guidance to team members to develop a safety-conscious working environment.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

  • Regularly report on QSHE performance to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within the renewable energy sector.

  • Certified safety professional or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential; proficiency in French is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage QSHE on large-scale projects.

  • Willingness to travel regularly to the Ivory Coast.
