As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Senior Purchaser to help us secure the resources necessary to drive our mission forward.
Position Overview: As a Senior Purchaser, you will play a crucial role in our procurement department, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of critical components and materials required for our wind energy projects.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to make informed purchasing decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Lead and mentor junior members of the procurement team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Familiarity with renewable energy or wind energy components is a plus.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
