Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale solar and BESS projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the full lifecycle of solar and BESS projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

2. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and aligned with business objectives.

4. Effectively manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. 5+ years experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex solar and BESS projects.

3. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

8. Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing solar and BESS projects.

9. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

10. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
