As the business continues to grow, they are looking for skilled leaders that enjoy being part of a growing industry developing new technologies for decarbonization from drawing board to commercialization and want to run the first wave of large-scale Power-to-X projects for major industry clients.

As the global demand for green Hydrogen, ammonia and methanol will continuously increase we are looking for your EPC(M) experience to successfully manage first of a kind projects and thereby be part of maturing and standardizing these types of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management or similar.

• Long term experience (9+ years) in execution of complex projects (EP, EPC, EPCM), preferably in the Petro-chemical industry, energy sectors or similar areas

• Project Management Certification (PMI / IPMA or similar)

• Sound commercial and business understanding, experienced in contract & claim management

• Focused on risk & opportunity management throughout the projects, experienced in implementing recovery / acceleration programs

• Focus on building a strong project management team, setting clear goals and directions and empower the team to deliver on time, quality, and budget.

• Excellent communication & negotiations skills

• Experience in managing multiple subcontractors and complex interfaces

• Experience in execution of technology projects including hardware and vendor interaction
