​The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a leading Renewables and Infrastructure advisory business. They are looking for a Senior Investment Associate / Investment Manager to join their team in London.

Responsibilities:

• Independently lead the execution of M&A transactions

• Relationship management

• Proactively support on business development initiatives

• Lead the development of in-house financial models and undertake valuation assignments

• Manage junior team members on assignments

• Develop thought leadership materials and produce sector insights

Requirements:

• At least 5-7 years of relevant professional experience

• Prior experience in renewables and/or infrastructure

• Demonstrable experience in managing M&A transactions and financing operations

• A Bachelors or equivalent university degree. A Masters or MBA will be positively valued
