The Role:

• You will act as Lead Technical Expert with regards to all grid connection aspects from feasibility stage through to operation

• Analysis of received Grid Offers technical information for specific projects that impact the Grid Connection design of the project

• Work on multiple projects with different requirements and communicate with multiple stakeholders

• Origination & Management of the following relevant to project grid connections, infrastructure planning, concept and pre-construction engineering

• Review and approve grid connection related documentation

• Identification of potential Points of Connection to the regional Distribution or Transmission system where there could be available capacity to connect solar, wind, hydro or storage projects

• Calculate the relevant values relating to single line diagrams of an Electrical Network on the grid and client side

• Preparation of the quality-assured technical specifications and tender documents

• Communicate effectively with clients and support their analytical, equipment design related and prompt resolution of problems

The Individual:

• Degree qualified in relevant discipline, e.g., Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• + 5 years of experience in this field or similar field

• Proficiency use of English & German

• Advanced knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD, DigSilent, PSSE
