You will play a pivotal role in shaping investment strategy, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving value across a portfolio of clean energy assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive fund strategy, capital deployment, and portfolio construction in alignment with ESG and financial objectives

  • Oversee the full investment lifecycle: origination, due diligence, execution, and asset management

  • Serve on the boards of portfolio companies and SPVs, ensuring robust governance, compliance, and performance oversight

  • Represent the firm and funds at industry events, investor briefings, and stakeholder meetings

  • Provide mentoring and leadership to junior investment professionals

Essential Requirements

  • Deep understanding of investment structuring, project finance, M&A, and energy market dynamics

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with LPs, developers, and regulators

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing investment teams and driving strategic initiatives

  • CFA, ACA, MBA or other relevant financial/investment qualifications preferred
