Our client, a leading solar PV manufacturer, is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to join their team in Changzhou. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and experience in the solar industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts for the company

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for senior management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies

• Manage financial budgets and measure ROI

• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, with experience in the solar industry preferred

• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
