​TGRC is partnering with a growing Australian Renewable Energy Developer who are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead all finance operations and corporate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete complex financial analysis, such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify trends and key drivers of financial performance.

• Management of all funds in the region, including day to day cash management and forecasting.

• Analyse financial data to support strategy and facilitate resource allocation.

• Take a lead role in M&A strategy and corporate growth for the business.

• Corporate finance support including preparing financial projections, proposals for fundraising, board reporting packs, tax compliance, and month end financial close.

• Network with local market to gain insights into the renewable sector, staying up to date with trends, legislation, and policy within APAC.

• Collaborate on project appraisal and modelling - individual project and portfolio models investment committee approval meetings.

• Support the development of long time financial strategies and initiatives to drives sustainable growth.

Your Profile:

• Finance professional and a chartered accountant (CA, CPA, or equivalent)

• Understanding of electricity markets, renewable energy and battery storage.

• Australian renewables experience highly desirable, infrastructure/asset management experience is also relevant.

• Experience in project finance, PPAs and M&A transactions.

• Board level finance reporting experience.

• Experienced in financial modelling, investment appraisal, and financial controls.

• Excellent communication, networking, resilience and problem solving.
