Job description
TGRC is partnering with a growing Australian Renewable Energy Developer who are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead all finance operations and corporate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete complex financial analysis, such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify trends and key drivers of financial performance.
Management of all funds in the region, including day to day cash management and forecasting.
Analyse financial data to support strategy and facilitate resource allocation.
Take a lead role in M&A strategy and corporate growth for the business.
Corporate finance support including preparing financial projections, proposals for fundraising, board reporting packs, tax compliance, and month end financial close.
Network with local market to gain insights into the renewable sector, staying up to date with trends, legislation, and policy within APAC.
Collaborate on project appraisal and modelling - individual project and portfolio models investment committee approval meetings.
Support the development of long time financial strategies and initiatives to drives sustainable growth.
Your Profile:
Finance professional and a chartered accountant (CA, CPA, or equivalent)
Understanding of electricity markets, renewable energy and battery storage.
Australian renewables experience highly desirable, infrastructure/asset management experience is also relevant.
Experience in project finance, PPAs and M&A transactions.
Board level finance reporting experience.
Experienced in financial modelling, investment appraisal, and financial controls.
Excellent communication, networking, resilience and problem solving.
