• Establish the financial system and processes to support the company’s growth in China.

• Collaborate with the headquarters’ finance team to align financial policies and reporting.

• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, including preparation and presentation of financial budgets and forecasts.

• Monitor budget variances, providing insights and recommendations to meet financial targets.

• Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Manage financial statement preparation and analysis to ensure compliance with local and international standards.

• Handle tax compliance and reporting.

• Oversee internal audits to maintain financial integrity.

• Improve financial processes through best practices.

• Lead and mentor a small finance team (2-3 members).

Job Requirements:

• 15+ years of financial experience, including 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role in manufacturing or energy.

• Proven experience in building financial systems from scratch.

• Strong team leadership skills with experience in managing a finance team.

• In-depth knowledge of Chinese GAAP and IFRS.

• Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, tax, and auditing.

• Understanding of manufacturing or energy sector operations.

• CPA certification preferred.
