​Our client is a renowned developer focused on delivering high-performance projects for data centers. As they expand their national footprint, they’re seeking a Senior Manager of Development to lead site-level strategy and execution across a portfolio of mission-critical projects.

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives at the intersection of real estate, infrastructure, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Strategy & Selection: Partner with internal teams and external advisors to identify, evaluate, and secure strategic sites for development.

• Lead the zoning, permitting, and regulatory approval process, working closely with local jurisdictions and consultants.

• Interface with landowners, utilities, government agencies, and community stakeholders to advance project goals.

• Support Project Planning:

• Collaborate with legal, finance, engineering, and construction teams to drive projects from concept to shovel-ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience within data center development

• Strong understanding of permitting, entitlements, and stakeholder engagement.
