​Your role:

• Analyse and deliver the daily economic P/L across their energy trading business, including all deviations and impacts

• Analyse and explain the monthly business results in a clear and concise way

• Identify the most useful tools and processes for performance motioning

• Support the trading and commercial teams on reports, analysis and performance

• Contribute to continuous improvement through process and technology development

Your profile:

• 6+ years relevant experience and ideally graduated from a maths or engineering related degree

• Must have experience in wholesale energy markets, ideally in Australia

• Strong working knowledge of SQL and data visualisation tools (Tableau, PowerBI)

• A good understanding of accounting mechanisms and market finance

• Ability to interpret and explain key financial indicators

• Experience within energy trading is highly desired
