Location: South Korea

Our client is a leading wind energy consultancy with a global presence. They are seeking a Senior Consultant to join their team in South Korea, where they have several wind energy projects in development. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical and strategic consulting services to clients in the wind energy industry.
Job Overview:
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for providing technical and strategic consulting services to clients in the wind energy industry in South Korea. The role requires a deep understanding of the wind energy sector, as well as excellent project management and communication skills. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, financial, and commercial teams, to deliver high-quality consulting services to clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical and strategic consulting services to clients in the wind energy industry, including developers, investors, and utilities
Conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, and due diligence for wind energy projects
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate potential wind energy projects and investment opportunities
Develop and deliver presentations and reports for clients on wind energy industry trends and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, financial, and commercial teams, to deliver high-quality consulting services to clients
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the wind energy industry to stay current on industry trends and identify potential clients
Participate in business development activities, including identifying potential clients and preparing proposals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, finance, or a related field
At least 5-7 years of experience in the wind energy industry, with a focus on consulting
Deep understanding of wind energy technology and engineering principles
Strong financial modeling skills and experience analyzing complex financial statements
Excellent project management and communication skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Experience conducting market assessments, feasibility studies, and due diligence for wind energy projects
Fluency in Korean and English is required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
