The Client

The Green Recruitment Company are working alongside one of the leading international energy services provider in their search for a Bureau Analyst.

Job Purpose:

  • Manage renewal process for clients
  • Develop relationships with clients
  • Generate a thorough understanding of the sector and customer dynamics
  • Manage service delivery

Accountability/Key Responsibilities

  • Building client relationships through service delivery
  • Identify and pursue business development and ‘new business’ opportunities
  • Planning and prioritisation of all services
  • Conduct regular reviews against strategies and assets

Personal Specification

Skills (i.e. communication / problem solving / autonomy/ analytical / meet deadlines)

  • Highly analytical
  • Ability to review large datasets quickly
  • Strong ability to negotiate
  • Commercially aware attitude
  • Experience in use of MS Office, and experience of spreadsheet/reporting design and management
  • Strong presentation, report writing and analytical skills

Knowledge (experience, qualifications, IT Literacy / packages, commercial awareness)

  • Good understanding of UK energy markets and legislation
  • Proven sales experience
  • Some exposure to and understanding of trading activity in UK gas and electricity markets
  • Knowledge of water markets and current industry changes
  • Understanding of waste management
