Title: Senior Associate

Location: Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland (On-site)

​The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a leading Advisory business and they are looking for a Senior Associate to join their team in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in M&A transactions

• Contribute to client relationships and stakeholder management

• Prepare financial models and transaction documents, and deliver client materials

• Support new business development by generating leads and preparing pitches

• Lead in-house financial model development, valuation assignments, and team growth efforts

Key Requirements:

• Native-like fluency in Polish (or any other CEE local language). Must be fluent in English as well.

• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience

• Demonstrate experience in managing M&A transactions and financing operations

• Knowledge of the Polish renewable energy market
