What you will be doing:
Manage full-cycle follow-up on villa homeowner leads, from initial contact to contract signing
Continuously improve and standardize the sales workflow, including lead management, proposal development, and contract execution, based on business feedback
Develop and update sales messaging, objection-handling scripts, and quotation templates tailored to villa customers
Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and sales processes for new sales hires and outsourced installer teams
Support the creation of effective strategies to drive lead conversion and maximize sales performance
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of sales experience in the solar industry (residential, B2C, or domestic markets)
A proven track record in solar residential sales
Fluent in Spanish and English (both spoken and written)
Valid driver's license
Flexible working location within Spain
Competitive salary: €50,000 – €65,000 basic + commission
