What you will be doing:

  • Manage full-cycle follow-up on villa homeowner leads, from initial contact to contract signing

  • Continuously improve and standardize the sales workflow, including lead management, proposal development, and contract execution, based on business feedback

  • Develop and update sales messaging, objection-handling scripts, and quotation templates tailored to villa customers

  • Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and sales processes for new sales hires and outsourced installer teams

  • Support the creation of effective strategies to drive lead conversion and maximize sales performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in the solar industry (residential, B2C, or domestic markets)

  • A proven track record in solar residential sales

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both spoken and written)

  • Valid driver's license

  • Flexible working location within Spain

  • Competitive salary: €50,000 – €65,000 basic + commission
