TGRC, a leader in renewable energy recruitment, is actively seeking a dedicated Site Manager for an upcoming Solar PV project in Wiltshire. This role is crucial for a professional who is keen to drive sustainable energy projects, overseeing all aspects of site operations.

Role Overview:

• Manage all site operations for a Solar PV installation, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and under budget.

• Lead and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring all parties comply with project specifications and safety protocols.

• Oversee the installation of solar panels and associated systems, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

• Monitor project progress, adapting plans as necessary to handle any arising challenges or delays.

• Enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings.

• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project status.

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing construction or installation projects within the solar energy sector.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a sharp attention to detail.

• Knowledgeable about current industry safety practices and regulatory compliance requirements.

• A relevant technical or managerial qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferable.

• Possession of a valid CSCS card and any relevant health and safety certifications.

This contract offers a competitive day rate of £450 and is scheduled for a 9-month duration, with potential for future opportunities based on performance and project expansion.
