Job Title: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Location: Remote with regular UK client visits
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 basic with on-target earning of £120,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients
Work closely with the business development team to maximize the flow of appointments for client visits
Utilize networks and relationships to generate new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their energy management needs and identify opportunities for our services
Understand and be able to explain the benefits of our energy management services to clients, including the potential cost savings and environmental benefits
Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients, negotiating terms and conditions as needed
Attend industry events and conferences to build our network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Your Profile:
Proven experience in a field sales role, ideally in energy management or a related (professional B2B services) industry
Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Ability to prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid UK driving license and access to a car for client visits
