​Job Title: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Location: Remote with regular UK client visits

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 basic with on-target earning of £120,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients

  • Work closely with the business development team to maximize the flow of appointments for client visits

  • Utilize networks and relationships to generate new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their energy management needs and identify opportunities for our services

  • Understand and be able to explain the benefits of our energy management services to clients, including the potential cost savings and environmental benefits

  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients, negotiating terms and conditions as needed

  • Attend industry events and conferences to build our network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in a field sales role, ideally in energy management or a related (professional B2B services) industry

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

  • Ability to prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car for client visits
