Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager you will:
Engage directly with key stakeholders (clients, developers, investors, and policy influencers) across the Baltics and Eastern Europe to identify and drive new opportunities.
Take full ownership of wind farm project sales from strategic planning and negotiation to execution and client handover.
Conduct in-depth site evaluations and project analyses, crafting feasibility studies and compelling business cases.
Collaborate seamlessly with project management and engineering teams to align technical delivery with commercial goals.
Deliver clear, data-driven presentations of planning figures and project financials to internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade fairs, and site visits to build visibility and reinforce market leadership.
Build and nurture a high-impact professional network across the wind energy ecosystem, including utilities, developers, grid operators, and banks.
What We Are Looking For
Degree Qualified: Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, environmental sciences, economics, or related disciplines.
Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally in renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Personality: Self-starter, confident, and hands-on with strong communication skills and commercial acumen.
Skills:Proficient in MS Office, technically savvy, and expert at navigating complex sales cycles.
Languages: Fluent Lithuanian and good English skills.
Other: Valid driving license (Class B) and willingness to travel regionally.
