Commercial Sales Manager
The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to be supporting our client, one of the leading EV charging infrastructure businesses in the UK. Our client’s focus is a to make EV Switch convenient - with their rapid growth, their mission is to provide fully-funded fast and reliable EV Chargers throughout the UK.
They are looking for a passionate sales leader with experience in B2B solution selling across land investment partnerships, commercial land management sales and infrastructure solutions.
Line manage the sales team and provide coaching and mentorship to help refine each consultant's craft to serve clients better each day.
Identify trends and insights of team performance through leveraging our sales data/dashboards to help forecast and inform sales capability and skills gaps.
Working with the commercial leadership team in solving challenges and making recommendations on processes.
Supporting the team on closing client proposals and coaching around challenges that arise with the sales team.
Working cross functionally with other department heads to ensure a smooth client experience and accelerated sales cycle where possible.
Experience in B2B sales, ideally infrastructure solutions or land investment/partnership sales
Experience in using Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRM system
Hold strong EQ and an ability to influence at all levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must be able to build relationships and network with clients and internally across the business
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Proven experience in managing a mixed level team of circa 15 sales consultants.
