Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Prepare operational and financial sales department reports.
Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team.
Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
Responsible for formulating the annual overseas marketing strategy, Marketing plan and brand promotion plan in Europe and organizing their implementation; Establish an overseas sales network, formulate sales strategies and plans based on market conditions, and organize implementation to achieve sales goals.
Responsible for developing overseas marketing plans and goals for the European region, and developing overall business operation strategies; Improve the complete sales system and processes based on the existing sales system; Maintain existing customer relationships, establish new customer connections, and explore new markets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree , deeply understand the solar industry, be familiar with market conditions, and have unique insights and marketing plans.
10+ years of sales experience in overseas photovoltaic industry or solar product application industry. At least 5 years' of sales leadership experience with oversea colleague members.
English, Spanish, Italian and French can be used as at least one Working language.
Capable of independently developing customers.
