The Opportunity:
A global advisory business are looking to grow their Renewable Energy Transactions Advisory team in the UK. This role will work look to provide financial advisory services to high-stakes energy transaction opportunities.
The Role:
Lead and conduct comprehensive due diligence assessments, evaluating financial, operational, and commercial aspects of potential transactions.
Offer strategic recommendations based on due diligence findings to assist clients in making well-informed decisions.
Provide expert insights into market trends, industry benchmarks, and regulatory considerations that impact transaction outcomes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and reliable partner.
Contribute to the growth of the Transaction Advisory and Due Diligence practice through business development efforts and thought leadership initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of exceptional client service.
The Individual:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Proven track record in Transaction Advisory and Due Diligence roles, preferably in the Renewable Energy sector.
In-depth understanding of financial analysis, risk assessment, and valuation techniques.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distil complex information into actionable insights.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Established network within the UK business community and experience in client relationship management.
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or similar are advantageous.
