Renewables Financial Advisor - Transactions

The Opportunity:
A global advisory business are looking to grow their Renewable Energy Transactions Advisory team in the UK. This role will work look to provide financial advisory services to high-stakes energy transaction opportunities.
The Role:
- Lead and conduct comprehensive due diligence assessments, evaluating financial, operational, and commercial aspects of potential transactions. 
- Offer strategic recommendations based on due diligence findings to assist clients in making well-informed decisions. 
- Provide expert insights into market trends, industry benchmarks, and regulatory considerations that impact transaction outcomes. 
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and reliable partner. 
- Contribute to the growth of the Transaction Advisory and Due Diligence practice through business development efforts and thought leadership initiatives. 
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of exceptional client service. 
The Individual:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. 
- Proven track record in Transaction Advisory and Due Diligence roles, preferably in the Renewable Energy sector. 
- In-depth understanding of financial analysis, risk assessment, and valuation techniques. 
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distil complex information into actionable insights. 
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. 
- Established network within the UK business community and experience in client relationship management. 
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or similar are advantageous.
