Job Description:

Sales Focus:

• Master candidate registration and internal CRM management skills.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from contract negotiation to job placement, client/candidate meetings, interview coordination, and deal closure.

• Willingness to continually expand knowledge and network within designated markets.

• Ability to quickly build relationships and manage and influence recruitment processes at all levels.

• Demonstrate understanding of company standard contract terms and strong negotiation skills.

• Consistently exceed specified targets and key performance indicators.

Operational Aspects:

• Write high-quality job descriptions and understand the most effective ways to promote them.

• Engage in job promotion and exposure through blogs, video blogs, and various other recruitment channels.

• Understand invoice and credit control processes.

As an Individual and Team Member:

• Demonstrate good professional ethics and a positive 'eager to learn' attitude.

• Understand and apply company values in work (innovation, passion, candour, vibrancy).

• Willingness to actively participate in industry events.
