Job Description:

Our client, a leading solar PV developer, is looking for a Regional Director to join their team in Nantes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of solar PV projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and implementation of solar PV projects in the region, including site selection, permitting, and construction.

• Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and suppliers.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and financing plans.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in solar PV project development and management.

• Strong knowledge of solar PV technology, project development, and regulatory frameworks.

• Experience in managing regional operations, including business development and stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
