The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's research and development efforts, with a focus on improving solar module performance and reducing manufacturing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's research and development efforts, with a focus on improving solar module performance and reducing manufacturing costs.

• Develop and manage the R&D budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Work closely with the technical team to develop new solar module designs and technologies, ensuring that they meet quality and safety standards.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular updates to senior management.

• Manage a team of engineers and researchers, ensuring that they are motivated and have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects successfully.

Requirements:

• PhD or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in research and development, with a focus on solar module design and technology.

• Strong knowledge of solar module design and manufacturing processes, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement.

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret technical data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
