About the Project

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in renewable energy projects, specifically Solar PV development. This exciting 12-month contract role is based in Warwickshire, a region renowned for its contribution to innovative energy solutions in the UK.

Job Description

  • Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end delivery of Solar PV development projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key liaison for stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and communication to align with project goals.

  • Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate project resources efficiently while overseeing and motivating project teams to achieve high performance.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, assess their potential impact, and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.

  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all project activities comply with legal, environmental, and safety standards, adhering to industry best practices for Solar PV development.

  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, preparing detailed reports on project progress, key milestones, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline with a focus on renewable energy or sustainability.

  • Proven Experience: Extensive track record in managing Solar PV development projects, including design, permitting, and execution phases.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive project success through effective leadership.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and efficient solutions to complex challenges.
