About Our Client
Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-precision machinery components. With a strong focus on innovation and quality, they serve global clients across automotive, industrial, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities
Develop Annual Quality Objectives: Establish and implement annual quality targets aligned with the company's quality strategy. Collect relevant data, prepare quality plans, and monitor departmental performance to ensure target achievement.
Quality Planning and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive annual quality work plans, present them to company leadership for approval, and oversee their effective implementation across departments.
Customer Complaint Management: Lead investigation and resolution of customer complaints to prevent recurrence of defects and eliminate Class A complaints. Implement corrective actions and track improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Internal Quality Improvement: Identify and address internal quality defects through systematic tracking and implementation of improvement measures. Conduct monthly quality reviews to assess performance metrics and optimize processes.
Audit Program Management: Manage second and third-party audit processes, ensuring timely closure of findings and compliance with quality standards. Conduct internal audits to verify system effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Quality Team Leadership: Define organizational structure and responsibilities for the quality team. Develop and implement targeted training programs to enhance team competencies and performance.
Quality System Optimization: Analyze audit results and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Implement system enhancements to strengthen the overall quality management framework.
General Quality Duties: Perform additional quality-related tasks and projects as assigned by management to support organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Education: Relevant degree (vocational, technical, or university) in Supply Chain, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
Standards Knowledge:
Familiarity with ISO 9001, TS 16949 (or ISO 9000), ISO 14001, and ISO 18001; understanding of manufacturing operations.
Experience:
5+ years in quality management (preferably in metal stamping), process/production management.
Certifications:
TS 16949/ISO 9000 internal auditor certification preferred. Six Sigma Certification is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CMM/VMM or other inspection tools preferred.
Language:
Fluent English (working proficiency).
