About the Role

As our QA & Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. Working across the business, you'll lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our ISO-certified systems while championing a culture of excellence and compliance.

This is a hybrid role, primarily based in London, with occasional travel to sites and company locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage QHSE systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.

• Conduct internal audits and site inspections to ensure operational compliance and identify areas for improvement.

• Oversee quality assurance across both products and management systems.

• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.

• Deliver QHSE training and guidance to teams across the organization.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to integrate safety and quality into all business processes.

• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure the business remains compliant with relevant industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 frameworks.

• A strong background in quality assurance within the process or engineering sector.

• Hands-on experience or good understanding of process safety management.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• A proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail.
