• Site search and assessment: Identification of potential sites for renewable energy projects through comprehensive site analyzes and assessments.

• Acquisition of land: Negotiating and concluding contracts for the use of land for renewable energy projects.

• Collaborating with stakeholders: Building and maintaining relationships with landowners, authorities, communities and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in the area of ​​project acquisition, contractual land security and project development, and/or sales experience in the agricultural/forestry sector is desirable

• A good network in agriculture/forestry or the field of renewable energies is an advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• High service orientation and customer friendliness

• High willingness to travel regionally

• Driving license class B

• Knowledge of German at the C1 level
