About the Role

As a Project Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in structuring and executing financing solutions for energy projects. You will be responsible for leading financial modeling, negotiating with investors and lenders, and ensuring the long-term financial viability of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and structure project finance solutions for power generation projects.

• Lead financial modeling, risk assessment, and cash flow analysis to support investment decisions.

• Secure funding from banks, investors, and financial institutions, negotiating optimal terms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, operations, and commercial departments.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in project finance within the energy or infrastructure sector.

• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and structuring skills.

• Deep understanding of debt financing, equity investments, and financial risk management.

• Experience in negotiating loan agreements and investment contracts.

• Ability to manage complex financial transactions in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent English language skills (business level) are essential.
