​Job Title: Program Officer for Industrial Program

Location: Beijing, China

Salary Range: RMB 400,000-600,000 per year

Our client, an international sustainability NGO, is looking for a Program Officer to join their Industrial Program team in Beijing, China. As a Program Officer, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the development and implementation of the Industrial Program's projects and initiatives, with the aim of promoting sustainable practices in the industrial sector in China.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of projects and initiatives related to sustainable industrial practices in China.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in the industrial sector to promote the adoption of sustainable practices and technologies.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of the Industrial Program's projects and initiatives.

• Support the development of funding proposals and donor reports.

• Represent the NGO at conferences, meetings, and other events related to sustainable industrial practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, engineering, or business.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of sustainability or environmental protection.

• Experience working with stakeholders in the industrial sector, such as companies, government agencies, and NGOs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
