​Purpose :

We are seeking candidates for a professional solar/wind generation solution company. This position should be responsible for the generation of cost-out scheme and ensure the cost-out ideas are implemented into production.

Requirements:

• Generate the idea to decrease the cost of wind power converters and demonstrate its feasibility.

• Supervise the implementation of scheme and ensure the achievement of initial purpose.

• Guide the team works follow correct electrical procedures and valid policies.

• Work together with Project Manager and participants to guarantee project plans going well.

• Participate in assistance of risk management and secure review of the completed work.

Qualification:

• Technical education, e.g. Engineer, Automation, Mechanical or Technician Experience in Technical Project Management.

• Familiar with CE marking of converters based on EN62477

• Experienced in cost decrease on existing production lines

• Could design to reach lowest possible cost according to the customer requirements and quality.

• Systematic in working ways.

• Have the ability to coordinate between departments when tasks are ongoing.

• Use English as working language

• Accept Occasional travel
