  • Translate strategy into clear market & product requirements and business cases

  • Shape offerings into standardized, commercially ready products for utility-scale deployments

  • Partner closely with engineering teams (electrical, mechanical, systems) to support product development, improvements, and new feature releases

  • Develop and maintain technical content including documentation, collateral, and technical reference materials

  • Support internal and external education of critical product features for customers, AHJs, utilities, and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Conduct techno-economic assessments to optimize project margins and product capabilities

  • Identify opportunities for process, product, and customer-experience improvements

What You’ll Bring
  • Engineering degree (or equivalent technical experience)

  • 5+ years in hardware product management OR the energy industry (energy storage highly preferred)

  • Ability to bridge engineering + commercial decision-making

  • Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven thinking

  • Excellent communication, influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel and pivot quickly

  • Passion for accelerating the energy transition and grid-scale innovation

Strong exposure to at least one of the following:
  • Utility-scale battery storage systems

  • Inverters / PCS systems

  • Battery cell technologies (ideal for upcoming cell-focused PM role)
