Who Will You Join?
We are looking for a Procurement Business Partner to join our client, a global leader in the renewable energy sector. For nearly three decades, they have been at the forefront of sustainable power solutions, offering industry-leading PV inverters and energy storage systems.
What You Will Be Doing:
Report to the Overseas Procurement Manager and travel across Central & Western Europe (strongly focused) and South America (supporting level) to oversee procurement activities.
Ensure the seamless execution of the procurement process for renewable energy projects (PV, energy storage, wind).
Oversee the procurement of materials, services, and subcontracting, ensuring they meet specified standards while staying within budget and schedule.
Develop procurement strategies, adjust plans as needed, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Systematically assess and mitigate risks in the procurement and supply chain process.
Build and manage local supplier networks, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient project execution.
What Are We Looking For?
3-8 years of experience in large-scale project procurement, with at least 2 years focused on overseas renewable energy projects.
Proven success managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for international projects.
Regional expertise in South America or Central & Western Europe.
Strong skills in supplier management and contract negotiation.
Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
