The Green Recruitment Company is partnering with a leading renewables business, and they are looking for a talented Process Integration Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Efficiency: Take charge of the Process Integration for a cutting-edge 2GW PERC Solar Cell manufacturing plant.

• Build and Lead Teams: Establish the framework for the Process Department by recruiting, managing, and evaluating a skilled team. Organize daily operations efficiently.

• Optimize Production: Ensure production line efficiency, yield, and key indicators align with the company's business goals. Address and resolve any anomalies promptly.

• Continuous Improvement: Spearhead enhancements in cell process technology. Evaluate, apply, and promote new materials and machines to stay at the forefront of innovation.

• Cost Optimization: Improve production line material costs, consistently reduce manufacturing expenses, and enhance product competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree or above with over 5 years of experience in the Solar Cell industry.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate familiarity with Solar Cell production processes, adept in manufacturing process and design development. Knowledge of relevant quality management systems and safety protocols is crucial.

• Technical Mastery: Proficiently understand technical specifications of various process products and key equipment parameters. Establish and uphold measurement standards.

• Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English.
