Identify, design, manage and implement additional service/revenue opportunities.
Identify trends in types of customer, supplier and internal enquiries and implement solutions to reduce email traffic and improve communication approach.
Be the point of contact where required in the absence of the Portfolio Manager.
Resolve customer level escalations and complaints, mitigating the need for higher escalation. Undertake root cause analysis and implement solutions to improve the pricing service.
Manage the Fixed Term Fixed Price Tender Schedule and coordinate renewals.
Keep up to date with the Fixed and Flex Framework offerings, ensuring that tenders and price renewals are in line with the Agreement.
Coach and develop a team of Pricing Analysts to deliver accurate pricing for the LASER customer base
Strong experience of leading, coaching and developing a team.
Detailed knowledge and experience in the energy supply industry, specifically in relation to commodity and non-commodity pricing.
Experience of setting and measuring performance metrics, identifying and managing risk.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver high level outputs/service.
Experience in identifying and implementing improvements to operational processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
