Do you want to work for a highly recognised public sector focused business whose mission is to always deliver a quality and seamless customer service. Accurate pricing is a key service deliverable and, as our new Pricing Team Leader, you will take pride in developing and optimising our existing pricing processes, to ultimately improve the customer experience.
Identify risks, impacting the customer and/or LASER, and work closely with stakeholders to manage and resolve.
Identify, design, manage and implement additional service/revenue opportunities.
Identify trends in types of customer, supplier and internal enquiries and implement solutions to reduce email traffic and improve communication approach.
Be the point of contact where required in the absence of the Portfolio Manager.
Resolve customer level escalations and complaints, mitigating the need for higher escalation. Undertake root cause analysis and implement solutions to improve the pricing service.
Collaborate with Customer Service Leads, the Portfolio Team Leader and Billing Manager to deliver the best possible service.
Own and optimise the BAU pricing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing efficiencies.
Enable full visibility and progress of reconciliation and commission claims.
Manage a structured commission claim calendar and report on budget, forecast and actual claim values
