​The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to be working with a leading green energy producer, who are currently seeking a Plant Operations Technician to oversee the operations & development of their renewable energy plants.

The client's recent project aims to generate up to 2MW of renewable gas, and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is running effectively and efficiently during the day shift, which includes anaerobic digestion tanks & biomethane upgraders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor equipment and conduct regular checks to ensure it is operating effectively

• Carry out routine maintenance on renewable energy equipment

• Ensure that all equipment meets health and safety standards

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work

Your Profile:

• Previous hands-on plant experience

• Knowledge of waste management

• Familiarity with pressure testing, harness training, and operation of telehandlers/forklifts

• Competent operation of SCADA systems
