Job title: PE Analyst/Associate

Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy (Hybrid)

The Green recruitment company has exclusively partnered with a leading renewable investment company with offices in the UK and Europe. They are now looking to expand their team with a PE Analyst/Associate in Milan, Italy. Their strategy involves Renewable transactions across Italy and Europe (both via Greenfield and M&A).

About the Company:

Our client is a dynamic Renewable Investment company with a strategic focus on Renewable transactions across Italy and Europe. They operate through both Greenfield initiatives and M&A, contributing to the sustainable growth of the renewable energy sector.

Position Overview:

As a Private Equity Analyst/Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Investment Team. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining dynamic financial models, analyzing investment opportunities, providing support during acquisitions and project financing, and conducting due diligence. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful renewable energy projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling

  • 1-6 years of relevant experience

  • Prior experience in the renewable energy sector

  • Fluency in both English and Italian

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team

Compensation:

  • The salary for this role is dependent on experience, ranging from 50,000 to 85,000 Euros, accompanied by a generous bonus structure and carry.
