Role Overview: We are currently seeking a seasoned Owners Representative with expertise in Solar & BESS to represent and advocate for our client's interests. The successful candidate will serve as a key interface between the project stakeholders, ensuring the seamless development and execution of solar and battery energy storage system projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the client's primary point of contact, ensuring that the project aligns with desired specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

• Oversee day-to-day project activities, including coordination with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

• Review and approve project documents, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.

• Provide regular progress updates, flagging potential issues and proposing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in Solar & BESS projects, preferably in a representative capacity.

• Strong understanding of solar and battery energy storage technologies, market trends, and regulatory landscape.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects and ensuring their successful completion.
