Position: Renewable Energy Origination Manager (Lyon, Nantes, Orléans, or Toulouse)

Role Overview:
The Origination Manager will be a key player in expanding the company’s market presence in France by securing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for renewable energy projects. This position will shape the strategy for market access in France and lead contract negotiations with utilities, corporate buyers, and aggregators.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Strategy: Lead the development of a French market strategy for renewable energy sales, in collaboration with finance and other internal teams.
PPA Development: Draft and negotiate PPAs for solar, wind, and hybrid projects with corporate clients and utility companies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including utilities, corporate buyers, aggregators, and energy traders.
Tender Participation: Participate in competitive tenders for PPAs and sign aggregation contracts for subsidized projects.
Regulatory Insight: Stay informed about regulatory developments and market trends affecting renewable energy in France.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: Professional background in energy procurement, trading, or PPA origination, with an understanding of the French regulatory framework for renewables.
Skills: Fluency in French and English is essential; German is advantageous but not required. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.
Network: Existing relationships with key players in the French energy market or a willingness to build these connections.
Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
